St. Louis Hall is the signature building of St. Mary's University in San Antonio, constructed in 1893-1894 in the Romanesque style. When it opened, the entire school then known as St. Louis College, a boarding school for boys, was housed within the single building, including its chapel, classrooms, kitchen, and sleeping quarters. A full college curriculum was established in 1904, and the institution eventually became St. Mary's University in 1927. St. Louis Hall was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
