History

Friendship Cemetery is a rural burial ground in southern Clay County near the small community of Joy. It holds well over one hundred graves of area pioneer families, among them the Cantrells, McClintocks, Kerrs, and Barrows, with interments spanning the 1800s into the mid-1900s.
