History

Posey Cemetery is a small family burial ground on private land east of New Braunfels, containing about 14 graves dated between 1859 and 1913. Documented in the 1989 Comal County survey Lest We Forget, it received the Historic Texas Cemetery designation in 2017, an honor recognized by a Comal County commissioners' proclamation.
