History
The Medical Dental Building at 351 West Jefferson Boulevard in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas was built in 1928-1929 as a nine-story Art Deco / Art Moderne low-rise, originally known as the Jefferson Building. Its facade carries distinctive Art Deco terra cotta and brick detailing. Listed on the National Register in 2000 as part of the Oak Cliff multiple-property listing, it has been restored several times over the following decades.
