History

The 4928 Bryan Street Apartments is an eclectic Mediterranean, Mission/Spanish Revival style multi-family building constructed in 1928 in Old East Dallas, with architecture attributed to the firm Jenkins, Cobb & Massey. The building exemplifies the early apartment construction that spread across Dallas in the 1920s. It is a designated Dallas Landmark and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
