History

The Ben Hogan Museum in Dublin, the golf legend's boyhood hometown, bills itself as the world's only stand-alone public museum devoted to Hogan. Owned by the Dublin Historical Society and free to enter, it traces his life from the family blacksmith shop through his near-fatal 1949 car wreck and his comeback culminating in the 1953 Triple Crown, and displays the putter he designed and used.
