Pine Tree Parkway, south off West Loop 281. In the City of Longview, Gregg County, TX driving NW from Cotton Street on West Loop 281 (aka FM 1845) turn left (south) onto Pine Tree Parkway. This is the entrance to the Pine Tree ISD Elementary School and Middle School complex. (At this same intersection, the road to the north is called Enterprise Street). After you turn onto Pine Tree Parkway, you will go approximately .25 mile and there will be a grassy hill with trees ahead upon your left. On top of this hill is a fenced area approximately 50 square feet.
