Driving Directions:From southernmost intersection of SH 21 and FM 227 (east), go 2.2 miles south on SH 21 (or from Loop 304 in Crockett, go approx. 15 miles north on SH 21). Cemetery is on left (east) side of road (or right if coming from Crockett), adjacent to ROW. Cemetery is south of drainage on hilltop and approx. 0.1 mile south of a Camino Real historical marker. An “Old Home” cemetery sign is posted on the gate, but it is very weathered and obscured by vegetation.The cemetery is highly endangered. It is not a map feature, and there is no clear signage posted. It is fully fenced, but not maintained. Some of the markers are damaged or missing. The cemetery is directly accessible from a public road, but is difficult to locate without guide or specific directions. The cemetery features consist of locally cast concrete markers, metal funeral markers, and one marble veteran's marker. No dates were observed on the markers.
