The cemetery is fully fenced, but there are gaps that allow livestock to enter. Many of the markers are fallen, leaning, or damaged due to grazing livestock, falling tree limbs, and subsiding earth. The cemetery is seasonally maintained. Cemetery features include ceramic photographs, homemade concrete markers, locally cast markers, metal funeral markers, folk gravestones, and floral decorations. Not all of the graves are oriented in the same direction.
