Driving Directions:From Loop 304 in Crockett, go 13.7 miles southeast on US 287. Just before Pennington, turn left at FM 358 and go 0.8 mile. Turn left again at FM 358/FM 2781 and go 0.2 mile. Turn left again at FM 2781 (Kennard Rd.) and go 2.9 miles north. Turn left at CR 4545 (there is a Lake Creek Cemetery sign posted at CR 4545) and go 3.4 miles west. Cemetery is on north side of road. The cemetery is well maintained, fully fenced, and active. A cemetery sign is posted at the intersection of FM 2781 and CR 4545.
