History
The Dr. Bronaugh-Hasdorff Home was built in 1866 at Texana by Dr. J. M. Bronaugh, a practicing physician, and was constructed of Florida heart pine fastened with square nails. When the old town of Texana declined, the house was moved to Edna in 1883, where it still stands at 203 East Brackenridge Street. It was recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark in 1967.
