History
This Italianate commercial building in Kerrville was constructed in 1890 to a design by prolific San Antonio architect Alfred Giles. Kerrville Masonic Lodge No. 697 met in the building until 1927, while the first floor at various times housed a post office and a grocery store. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and restored in 1984-1985.
