History

Clark Cemetery lies in the Jenkins community south of Daingerfield in Morris County. It was originally called Truitt Cemetery, named for a family that settled the area during the days of the Republic of Texas and were among the first buried there. Historians recorded its markers in 1997 for the Morris County cemetery survey.
