History

Myers Cemetery is a small family and community burying ground in eastern Rusk County, reached by rural roads off FM 1798 near the county line. It takes its name from the Myers family, whose graves include those of Lum Myers (1859-1926) and Francis Myers (1849-1929), with burials continuing into the mid-20th century.
