History

Locker Cemetery serves the community of Locker, a former farming settlement — now largely a ghost town — in northwestern San Saba County. The cemetery lies on the north side of FM 500 in the old Locker community and is laid out in lettered family sections along its south fence. Its graves and inscriptions have been documented by the San Saba County Historical Commission as part of a countywide cemetery-preservation effort.
