From the Titus County courthouse, take Jefferson Avenue (US 271) North for 0.9 miles to the intersection with US 67 (16th Street). Turn right (East) on US 67 and proceed 7.0 miles. At the Cookville Cemetery Road that runs to the West of the Phillips-Taylor Cemetery turn right (South). The Phillips-Taylor Cemetery lies immediately on the left.
