History
The Develin House at 913 South David Street in San Angelo was designed by architect Henry Mitchell Harvin and dates to the early twentieth century, with a period of significance of 1900-1924. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 as part of the San Angelo Multiple Resource Area.
