History
Emmanuel Episcopal Church at 3 South Randolph Street in San Angelo was built in 1929 to designs by architect John G. Becker for a congregation organized in the 1880s. The Gothic-arched, ashlar-stone church was built partly from stone salvaged from the former Tom Green County courthouse, which had been demolished in 1927. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
