History

The J. B. Blakeney House at 438 West Twohig Avenue in San Angelo was built in 1929 to designs by architects Anton Korn and B. M. Morgan. The two-story eclectic residence features a five-bay main block with a Spanish-tile roof, flanking one-story Roman arcades, and Italian Renaissance influences. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
