History

The Mrs. J. V. Murphy House at 204 E. Santa Rosa in Victoria was built in 1899-1900 to designs by local architect Jules Leffland. The large two-and-a-half-story residence displays Queen Anne elements including a stair turret and a wrap-around porch, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
