History
The Lander-Hopkins House at 202 W. Power in Victoria was built in 1910 and is considered an outstanding local example of Neoclassical Revival architecture. It was designed by the collaborating local architects James Hull and Charles Praeger for banker Frank B. Lander and his wife Lillian, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 9, 1986.
