From intersection of FM-359 & FM-529, go west on FM-529 2.3 miles to a pasture gate on the north side of the road with a "Williams Cemetery" street sign, just to the right of address 40394, and a "Historical marker 1 mile" sign. Cemetery is in pasture .45 miles north inside the gate, curving to the west.
