History
The Yndo Ranch in Wilson County was established in 1833 by Don Miguel Yndo on land he received through a Spanish land grant. One of Texas's oldest continuously operated ranches, it was recognized in 1964 as a Century Ranch by Governor John Connally, reflecting Wilson County's heritage as a cradle of Texas ranching.
