History

Forest Haven Cemetery, also recorded as Diboll Cemetery and Peaceful Rest, serves the sawmill town of Diboll in southern Angelina County. Covering roughly eleven acres, the burial ground holds close to a thousand documented interments of the timber-town's residents. It remains one of the principal cemeteries of the Diboll community.
