History

The Masonic Cemetery is part of the large cluster of burial grounds on FM 1286 just south of Seymour in Baylor County, adjoining the Woodmen, IOOF, Old Seymour, SPJST and Riverview cemeteries. Established by the local Masonic lodge, it holds roughly 1,850 recorded graves of Seymour-area residents.
