History
The Bushnell at 240 Bushnell Avenue is an uncommon early-twentieth-century apartment building in Texas, completed in 1926 in the Spanish Colonial Revival style by the Kelwood Company. The seven-story stuccoed structure, with towers dividing its facade into three bays and inset galleried porches, is a landmark of the Monte Vista neighborhood and was later renovated into condominiums.
