Dedicated on November 6, 1997 on a 90-acre site on the west campus of Texas A&M University, the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum is the presidential library and burial site of the 41st president and First Lady Barbara Bush. Administered by the National Archives, it holds more than 43 million pages of documents, two million photographs and about 100,000 objects. Its exhibits include a replica Oval Office and White House Situation Room and displays on the Bush administration and Barbara Bush's initiatives.
