Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery lies between Cisco and Rising Star in Eastland County and dates to the 1890s, when it was established on land given by Johanna Bauman to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, which built a chapel on the site. In 1904 Bethlehem Lutheran combined with nearby Peace Lutheran to form Christ Lutheran Church. The cemetery remains in use, is fenced and maintained by the Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery Association, and received Historic Texas Cemetery designation in 2012.
