History

The Marshall T. Patrick House in Waxahachie is a contributing property in the Historic Resources of Waxahachie Multiple Resource Area, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Named for an early owner, it is part of Waxahachie's historic residential fabric; the Patrick name also survives in the West Marvin Avenue–Patrick Street Historic District.
