The D. D. Eastham House in Waxahachie was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 as part of the Historic Resources of Waxahachie nomination. It is a contributing example of the town's late-19th and early-20th-century residential architecture from Waxahachie's cotton-prosperity period.
