History
The present Fisher County Courthouse in Roby, the county's third, was built in 1971-1972 in a Moderne style to designs by Lovett and Sellar & Associates. It replaced a 1909-1910 courthouse designed by architect Andrew J. Bryan, of which only the cornerstone survives, tucked into a breezeway. The county was created in 1876 and organized with Roby as its seat in 1886.
