The A. S. Cleveland House at 8 Courtlandt Place is one of the early-20th-century mansions on Houston's Courtlandt Place boulevard, with design work carried out by the firm Sanguinet & Staats. It is a contributing building in the Courtlandt Place Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
