History
Service and Sacrifice: Harrison County at War is a 2,900-square-foot military history exhibit operated by the Harrison County Historical Museum inside Marshall's restored Memorial City Hall Performance Center. Opened in November 2019, it draws on the museum's collection to tell the stories of county residents who served in the military from the Texas Revolution through the Wars on Terror. Its centerpiece is a chandelier made of dog tags honoring those who served, complemented by mini-films, interactive stations, and a 'Hometown Heroes' veterans database.
