History
The Warren-Crowell House in Terrell was completed in 1903 in the Prairie School style with a Colonial Revival porch, designed by prominent Dallas architect James E. Flanders. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. After falling into disrepair, the mansion at 705 Griffith Avenue underwent an eleven-month restoration completed in December 2023.
