History

Rest Haven Memorial Park, also known as Kingsville Resthaven Cemetery, is a community burial ground on the southwestern edge of Kingsville at the western end of West Trant Road. It is operated by the nonprofit Kingsville Resthaven Cemetery, Inc., and holds roughly 1,400 burials. Unlike the older ranch and church cemeteries of Kleberg County, it developed as a twentieth-century memorial park serving the growing city of Kingsville.
