History

This is the cemetery of St. Mary Catholic Church in Orange. Catholic worship in the area dates to an 1853 Mass celebrated by Rev. P. F. Parisot, and the parish gained its first resident priest in 1896 and took the name St. Mary's in 1912. A parish school and this cemetery were established in the 1920s.
