History

Glen Rest Cemetery is the principal community burial ground for Big Lake, the seat of Reagan County. It lies at the southwest edge of town, with its main entrance on State Highway 137 about half a mile south of U.S. 67, and additional ground along the western and southern sides was cleared, fenced and improved after 2008.
