History
The Fort Worth Union Depot at 1501 Jones Street was built by the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad in 1899-1900 and renovated in 1938. It served as Fort Worth's passenger rail station, including Amtrak service from 1971 to 2002. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970, it is now an event venue known as the Ashton Depot.
