History

Oliver Cemetery lies west of Austin near Oak Hill, just off U.S. 290 in Travis County. The secluded, fenced burial ground contains about 181 plots, with the earliest recorded burial dating to 1858, and reflects the settlement of the Oak Hill area in the mid-nineteenth century. The Texas Historical Commission issued a cemetery marker for the site in 2004.
