The E. J. Jecker House at 201 N. Wheeler in Victoria was built in 1910 to designs by the architectural firm Praeger & Hull, with Bailey Mills serving as building contractor. It is an L-plan residence distinguished by Ionic columns on the first level of its two-story wrap-around porch, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
