History
The Brenham Water Works is a two-story Italianate-style brick building distinguished by arched windows and doorways with molded brick hoods and corner quoins. Part of Brenham's early municipal water system, it retains much of its original architectural integrity. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990 within the multiple-property listing of the historic and architectural resources of Brenham.
