History

The Chesser-Morgan House in Georgetown is a Victorian cottage dating to about 1895. A rounded bay with a semi-conical roof at the front corner modifies the dwelling's basic L-shaped plan, a characteristic Queen Anne detail. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Historic Resources of Georgetown multiple-property submission.
