History

Presbyterian Cemetery in Georgetown was established in 1879 and lies on 20th Street in Williamson County. In addition to its own historic burials, it received the relocated remains and headstones of the Jenkins Cemetery, grouped in its northeast corner, after Lake Georgetown inundated that site in the late 1970s. It remains an active historic cemetery near downtown Georgetown.
