Burnt orange runs deep on the east side of the University of Texas campus, where the Longhorns' major venues cluster within a mile or so of one another. This drive links the football cathedral that has stood since 1924, a sports-history museum tucked inside its north end zone, a gleaming basketball arena that opened in 2022, the baseball diamond that has sent players to the majors for generations, and the track that hosts one of America's oldest relay meets. It's a compact loop — the fit could walk it — but there's a lot of history packed into these blocks: a century of Texas athletics, all wearing the same color.
