History
The Even and Petrine Erickson Farm is a historic Norwegian farmstead in the Norse Historic District near Clifton in Bosque County, the heart of the largest Norwegian settlement in the American Southwest, established beginning in 1854. The farm is one of the properties recorded in the 'Norwegian Settlement of Bosque County' thematic nomination and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
