The Chevrolet Motor Company Building is a four-story Commercial Style concrete-and-brick building at 3221 Commerce Street in an industrial area east of downtown Dallas, built in 1923. Designed by the Dallas firm Lang & Witchell and built by the Hughes-O'Rourke Construction Company, it features an expressed concrete structure with wide window bays and red brick spandrels. Chevrolet occupied it until 1935, after which federal agencies including the Resettlement Administration and the Farm Security Administration used the building. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 18, 2003 and has since been converted to apartments.
