History
Built in 1894 by the Sengelmann brothers, this Main Street saloon and dance hall in Schulenburg hosted balls, weddings, and theatrical performances until it closed at the start of World War II. After decades of decline it was restored and reopened in 2009, incorporating the adjacent 1894 City Meat Market building. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
