History
The Episcopal parish organized in La Grange in 1855 retained noted Gothic Revival architect Richard M. Upjohn, whose Stick Style church was constructed in 1885. Recognized for both its architecture and its role as the parish's first permanent home, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
