History

Round Mountain Cemetery, also called Bernecker Cemetery, lies in far southern Fisher County near the Nolan County line, about six miles north of Roscoe on FM 608. A small rural burying ground with graves reaching into the nineteenth century, it holds families such as the Allens, Blankenships, and Bosticks who farmed and ranched the surrounding country.
