History
The Thomas J. Donoghue House at 17 Courtlandt Place was designed by the noted New York firm Warren & Wetmore for T. J. Donoghue (1869-1945), a vice-president of the Texas Company (Texaco). It is a contributing building in the Courtlandt Place Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
